The 1964 Club Christmas Lunch for all club members will take place at the RAC Woodcote Park, on Sunday 11th December 2016. We have exclusive use of the Derby Room for the excellent buffet lunch. Drinks will be available in the Derby Room from 12.30pm prior to lunch at 1.15pm. The cost of pre lunch drinks must be settled on an individual basis when ordering.
We can accept up to 40 bookings for lunch. This is a very popular event and places for lunch will be available on a first come first served basis so please respond promptly. I suggest that you print off a copy of this letter for reference.
In past years we have held a friendly handicap tennis tournament from 10.30am until noon. Last year this did not take place due to late withdrawals and therefore I will wait to see if there is definite interest before I book a court or courts.
At the request of the RAC I will settle the account for the whole meal so please bring a cheque book or cash to reimburse me on the day. Please allow me a few minutes to deal with the figures at the end of the meal
