The 1964 Club Christmas Lunch for all club members will take place at the RAC on Sunday 6th December 2015. For tennis players the usual handicap tennis tournament will be arranged and courts will be booked from 10.30 am until 12.00 noon. Please arrive for tennis at 10.15am in order that we can start on time.
We have exclusive use of the Derby Room for the excellent buffet lunch. Drinks will be available in the Derby Room from 12.30pm prior to lunch at 1.15pm. The cost of pre lunch drinks must be settled on an individual basis when ordering.
We can only accept up to 40 bookings for lunch for 1964 Cub members and guests whether playing tennis or not. This is a popular event so please book early to avoid disappointment.
At the request of the RAC I will settle the account for the whole meal so please bring a cheque book or cash to reimburse me on the day. Please allow me a few minutes to deal with the figures at the end of the meal
For tennis Players who are not members of the RAC please pay the visitors tennis fee at the sports section reception before you come on to the courts.
